Chairtech LLC does not warranty these chairs, and they are like new after we refurbish them. If you want a 12-year warranty, please buy from a certified Herman Miller dealer and pay retail ($1,000+).

We have parts, service and experience with these chairs. If something breaks on a chair that you buy from us, we will accommodate you the best we can. Please keep in mind: shipping chairs back and forth for repairs is costly. If you are in the Chicagoland area, it is better if you buy an office chair from us locally instead of having it shipped. We also try to accommodate our customers locally in the Chicagoland area by delivering the item for a small delivery fee.

I recently picked up a Steelcase Think office chair and I cannot recommend this place enough! I messaged Rollyn on FB to ask about the specs and he was very responsive. I originally made arrangements to go in and take a look at the chair on a Thursday evening, however, I had to reschedule and Rollyn was super accommodating. I ended up going the following Saturday and he was gracious enough to hold the chair for me even though he had multiple offers come in for the same chair after I first messaged him. The chair was in spectacular condition and I am so happy with it thus far!

I was in a position where I need two Aeron chairs quick for a teacher friend and my daughter, both who were forced to school from home due to COVID 19. I thought I would have to drive from Ann Arbor, MI to Chair Tech outside of Chicago but Rollyn said he would be happy to ship them and amazingly they were at my door two days later! A few weeks ago I reached out looking for a chair to get me through the working from home phase of COVID, nothing too fancy or expensive. The owner was great at letting me try sitting in a few, gave me a great deal on a refurbished chair, and even helped me fit my new chair into the tiny back seat of my car. He said that if any problems come up that he would be a quick phone call away from swapping the chairs but the chair has certainly blown away my exceptions. He's an all around good guy who spends quality time with all his customers, even the recent college grads just looking for a cheap chair... highly recommend for anyone with any budget.
